I travelled abroad with my family and when we returned to Iraq in September, the app is no longer active for the update since early September till now. what a horrible service and app!

Headline: Poor UI and Unreadable Text "The user interface of this app is extremely poor. The combination of green text on a white background makes the content almost impossible to read and causes significant eye strain. It is very unprofessional and difficult to navigate. Please fix the color contrast and font clarity immediately. The app is disappointing, and there is absolutely no real support. Whenever you reach out to them, nobody replies or offers any help with the problems.

يتضمن هذا التحديث إضافة مستمسك ضمن طلبات الإضافة عند اختيار (ابن / بنت)، وكذلك إضافة مستمسك إضافي لطلبات رفع الحجب الخاصة بالدخل العالي والدخل التجاري، إلى جانب إدراج التعهد ضمن طلبات رفع الحجب، وذلك بهدف تحسين دقة الإجراءات وتسهيل تقديم الطلبات.
