Worked fine in one country, but another country caused issues, the issue wasn't due to coverage. The sim provided didn't allow 4G, only 2G and as a result the data sim was pretty useless. On Reddit issues pointed to the Thailand Cambodia conflict, and the provider used didn't provide 4G any longer. In any case,I went back to Hubby and although it took long, got a refund. The refund was received after this review so I updated this review afterwards and upgraded the rating.

I received 2 GB of free credit through Auntbetty. Set up was easy and it works great. However, I couldn't add more credit by using a credit card.

I haven't used the esim yet but the support I received through the help/live chat function was exceptional, even though I was using a free esim that I got with a flight purchase.
