It takes forever for the app to upload coupons and rewards when you're at the location of the store. The cashier told me to take out my cell phone and download the app and I'll be able to get the rewards. After 15 minutes of waiting I ended up just paying full price for everything walking out of the store very frustrated.. Now this company has all my personal info and it was a huge waste of time.

After the newest update, the app logged me out of my rewards and I can no longer login. When I enter my phone #, the entered phone # dissappears and an error triangle appears. When I login using my email and password, the app crashes. I know my account wasn't wiped, because I can login just fine on the web browser, but the app was way easier to check on points and redemption. I hope the next update fixes these issues.

I have tried multiple times to register my account, and it will not let me. Says it has hit a snag, and I must pick a favorite store. Mind you, I have already picked multiple favorite stores. Time to delete this app and move on to Circle k that gives you 10 cents off a gallon, not 7 cents. Too many other places that will give you incentives without all the nonsense of an app that doesn't work.
