App interface isn't very friendly. Trying to be fancy when there is no need to. My biggest complaint is every time there is an update, you lose all connected devices. It's really not hard to program an update to retain cached devices. A lot of potential, but failing to meet any kind of standard. Just hope it actually protects my RV from any surges.

Great product! However, the app is lacking some potentially great features. It works great, but let's allow auto connect to a specific unit. We need logging to see what's been going on with our power, such as how long has the unit been running for this period, etc. Also I would like the ability to shut off the dog face light so as not to attract attention to it. On/off switching would be nice too. But I'm guessing these may not be possible because the hardware in the unit may not support it?

Watchdog has been problem free and the app has also worked well except for having to reconnect after software update. The app needs to store some history, especially the ability to show when there is or was a power outage. We lost power for a few minutes today and it would be nice to know if it was the campground or our RV.
