Run Speed Test

Now you can run a speed test from your mobile app to test the Wi-Fi signal strength of your Hughesnet modem. Just go to the Support menu and tap 'Run Speed Test'!

The app is actually worse than the satellite service! That's saying a lot. The numbers on the service plan data aren't accurate, they aren't timely & they aren't even in date sequence. They appear to be designed only to sell "tokens" without giving any clear picture of time and rate of use. So you might see a "consumption" graph, showing the 1st, followed by the 17th and then 15th & then back to the the 1st again and then jump to the 10th. Ridiculous.

DON'T DO IT! Sales reps don't know what they are talking about. Cancelation fees that you are not informed of (phone service reference) when setting up with sales rep. When trying to cancel, talk over you, won't listen to what YOU want and try everything to suspend service or move service. They tell you how bad another service is, even though you've had it before and it was 1000x better than theirs and you tell them that and they still try to tell you it's bad. The list goes on!

Very disappointed. Not only does the app suck but service as well. Pay your bill and use up your data in 2 days. Call to find out why they can't tell you they send a tech out and they have no clue either. They try to blame it on another device and the devices are not even on especially when no one is home not to mention I don't even own a laptop or tablet. So you cancel your service and they still keep it going until your next billing date and want to charge for early disconnect. After 90 days
