About this app

Trustshot is a GPS timestamp camera. You take the photo, and the location, address, date and time are burned into the picture itself.

WHY THE STAMP IS IN THE PIXELS

Most cameras write location into EXIF metadata. Chat apps, email and upload forms strip that metadata away, and the proof disappears with it. Trustshot draws the information into the image, so it survives being forwarded, screenshotted or printed. What you send is what the other side sees.

WHAT GOES ON THE PHOTO

- Street address
- Latitude and longitude, decimal or degrees and minutes
- Date and time with time zone
- GPS accuracy in metres, and altitude
- A small map thumbnail of the spot
- Your own reference number

PICK THE JOB, THE APP FOLLOWS

One tap changes what the stamp shows and what the reference field is called:

- Delivery - Order / Tracking No
- Cargo - Container / AWB
- Property - Unit / Contract No, for move-in and move-out condition photos
- Vehicle - Plate / Rental No, for handovers
- Site - Job No, for inspections and field work
- Visit - Visit ID, for attendance and site visits
- General - any reference you like

MADE FOR

Couriers and delivery drivers who need proof a parcel reached the right door. People shipping or receiving freight who need the state of a container or pallet on record. Renters and expats photographing an apartment on the day they move in and the day they leave. Car rental handovers. Field workers, inspectors and tradespeople who file reports.

HONEST BY DESIGN

Trustshot is a recording tool, not a measuring instrument. It prints the accuracy value your phone reports, for example plus or minus 5 metres, instead of hiding it. A stamp that hides its own uncertainty is not proof of anything.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET

Offline, the stamp keeps working with coordinates, date, time and accuracy. Only the street address and the map thumbnail need a connection.

YOUR PHOTOS STAY YOURS

No account. No sign up. Photos are stored on your device only and are never uploaded to us. There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporting SDK and no advertising SDK in this app. To turn coordinates into an address, the app asks OpenStreetMap - that request carries your coordinates and nothing else, and you can switch it off in settings.
