Gildeck turns your star sign into a collectible card you can hold on screen: an antique engraved face, a bone-cream border, and holographic foil that breaks the light as you tilt the phone. Flip it and the back is a struck gold zodiac wheel. Between the two faces sits a thin crystal core that catches the light along the edge.
It is a real 3D object rendered live on your phone, not a picture of one.
A READING BUILT FROM THE ACTUAL SKY
Most horoscope apps hand you a paragraph pulled from a bag. Gildeck starts from where the Moon really is today.
The app computes, on your device, the Moon's phase and illumination, the sign the Moon is currently travelling through, the classical planet that rules the weekday, and how all of that sits against your own sign. Your reading is assembled from those facts. Refresh all you like: the sky does not change because you pulled down, so neither does your reading.
Every number the app shows is genuinely calculated, not decorative. You can see the working: moon phase, illumination percentage, the Moon's exact degree, the planet of the day.

No birth time. No birth place. No name, no email, no account, no sign-up. One date, one tap, and your card opens.
From that date Gildeck works out your sun sign and the sign the Moon was in when you were born. When the Moon changed sign on your birthday, which happens often, the app tells you plainly that it could be either instead of picking one and sounding certain.

Compatibility with an explanation rather than a mystery number. Gildeck shows the score and then shows the arithmetic behind it: the element relation, the angle between the two signs, whether they share a modality. You can disagree with it, which is more than most apps allow.
