EVERY PHRASE GIVES YOU THREE THINGS

2. How to say it, written the way it sounds: "wair iz thuh BATH-room" — the stressed syllable is in capitals, so you always know where to put the emphasis
3. When to use it — a short note explaining the situation, so you say the right thing at the right moment
