Watching Boruto, the subtitles cut on and off. Good try at a new interface though. Also when scrolling through lists it takes time with some of them because you can only see one item at a time. Also it'd be useful if we could change the subtitle size and if we had a tracker for scrolling through the timeline. Movies don't tell you who's starring. Come on guys. You have to fix these kinds of things.
I am a big fan of Hulu's offerings. However, I find myself dreading using the new app. It doesn't have my watchlist on it so I can't sync up shows I add with my Apple TV. Clunky, cumbersome, slow, too many clicks to do anything. Visually nice, but the usability is hot garbage. I might cancel if they won't go back to being user friendly.
SCAM?: first of all, we have already paid the monthly bill. After a few days later, it tells me that I need to subscribe, I thought it was a big and just paid(more to the story).. then again.. telling me, that I have to pay again .... So, where my 2 months of free service? I'm not joking here
Whoever thought this new update was a great idea, should be fired. It is not user friendly and takes a thousand clicks to find anything. I will be deleting this app and my account which was upgraded to the "non-commercial" plan. Staying with Netflix and using Network apps instead. Someone really dropped the ball at Hulu!
Wow, it's fixed. I'm impressed. Thank you! The new app is all good with me now. *Original* Am I missing something? Where is the cast button on the main screen now? I have to go into a shows description to cast to Chromecast, then back out to resume the episode I last watched. Such BS. The new app sucks for this reason alone. Haven't bothered exploring the rest of it.
Hate the updated design, can't skip the setup. I can't use without wasting spending time setting up something I've had for years. I will cancel soon if not changed, too many other quick and duplicate content options are available. This was an update designed without the user in mind or without any understanding of the customer. I rarely use the service. Probably wouldn't bother canceling due to the low cost except this update is so infuriating I actually spent time writing a review and will take the time to cancel service. I won't spend any time setting up the app. *now have cancelled
