The app was perfectly fine until my upgrade. Now I can't do simple things like edit profiles & delete history. I now have to go onto the computer to do that. Unfortunately, I don't have a computer to do that when I was able to perform that task on my phone and whenever I hit the back key, instead of taking me to the previous screen, it takes me completely out the app. Think I'll delete the app from my phone, something that I totally enjoy hassle free is now frustrating & not worth the headache.
The design and usability team needs to go back to the drawing board and pick up some books on software usability. This app is designed so poorly its almost unusable; its not intuitive at all, and its an absolute pain to find what I'm looking for. Get back to work
I recently subscribed to Hulu Live TV. The video buffers too frequently and my internet speed is well above the minimum requirements. I've also had times even I've received a persistent error message, saying that the video is no longer available - when it's live TV. Extremely frustrating.
Where is the live TV feature? Other than that it's a Great app an even better on the Nexus player. I enjoy the anime. My only gripe would be needs more English dub anime an Disney cartoons like Aladdin, Timon an Pumba. But still a good service
Two things are bothering me. First, the video quality on some TV shows is poor, Preacher is a great example. Second, you need HDR support in your 4k content, 4k is nice and all but you can tell there's no HDR. Netflix has HDR so.... what's up with that?
This app was great until the upgrade. Now there's an error message and it doesn't load every time I open the app. The only exception is if I open it through Google home. And even then it's extremely slow to load. This has been going on for way too long. Fix the issue! Either more stars once fixed, preferably soon, or subscription will be cancelled. Why pay for something I can't use
*New: Android 7.1 and above users can go deep into content with app shortcuts. Long press our app while logged into Hulu and go straight to Search or My Stuff.
*New: We strive to be more accessible to users with disabilities. We now provide audio descriptions for all content – text, buttons, menus, you name it. Also, anywhere we display an image to represent text, a tap on it will read the content’s name.
*Improvement: More details available for Sports (league name, time left, airtime)
