Absolute trash app. Had an account years ago, and so it asks me to sign in. I do, and it tells me to select an option, and enter my email. I do so, and it tells me I already have an account. It's literally just an endless loop, amd I can't even PAY these people to use the app. Oh, well. Could have gained a CX, but oh well....
Just updated 24 min ago... 5 min in and the app crashes the phone STILL...AGAIN. Complete restart. This does not happen while watching any other video streaming. Please Hulu go back to being great! FIX IT?! 😢
This app is good an all but do you think you could do something about the ads in the middle of the show or movie and can you add more Naruto Shippuden (dub) episodes and more Naruto episodes cause it doesn't have the episodes I was trying to get to like when Naruto fights pain and more...... yeah I know I'm asking for a lot but can you at least do most of it if not all of it please.
Not as bad as it can get but still very bad regardless. Every time I try watching something my phone just turns off and resets. I haven't ever really had a positive experience with this app even across a variety of different phones.
Too many ads as I PAY EXTRA for "limited commercial interruptions" I should time the commercials versus the content as I am reasonably sure I am watching more commercials than content. Ridiculous!
App is still rebooting my LG G5 after a few minutes of streaming. There was an update last night, but no luck. I've contacted tech support on multiple occasions. This whole ordeal is very frustrating. PLEASE FIX!
Our developers pulled all-nighters and dined on Soylent for days straight just to fix the bugs that you called out. Good news is they didn’t do it in vain. Our app looks and runs better. Take it for a spin.
