the Mobil app is fine. the actual tv app is Annoying. you go to resume am episode or movie and it starts it all over again! then if you skip back a few seconds cuz you missed something, it goes back and then Jumps Ahead missing what you were trying to see in the first place! For the price I pay this should not happen. it's very frustrating. then when you rewind it more to try to see what you actually wanted to and it freezes and just keeps loading. you have to leave the app and play somthg else

Trouble with jittering/halting video on high-end Android devices. This has been happening for years (and isn't fixed by downgrading the refresh rate). I've opened support tickets with them many times, but they're just not interested in fixing the problem. Add this to the decade-plus long issue with failover internet connections, all in the name of advertising, and this is one of the worst streaming platforms for actual users.

The first 14-15 years of this app (or however long it's been out) have been fantastic. Unfortunately, I've been forcibly logged out several times a day for about 3-4 months now with no explanation. Hulu claims this has been normal if logged in on multiple (2+) devices, yet it's never happened before. It's not only annoying, but defeats the purpose of paying for the ability to download as the logging out process deletes all downloads, and in areas with no service, there is no alternative.
