This simple to use VA medical disability calculator will give you a good idea of what to expect during your disability rating medical exam with the VA. It will walk you through the process including possible medical questions, potential physical exams, labs, x-rays and other tests that the VA physician might consider necessary to determine your exact disability rating. While My VA Disability app does not guarantee the final dollar amount of your disability compensation, it will give you a very good estimate of what you can expect to receive on a monthly basis.
Simplify your life leading up to retirement or separation from the armed services. Maximize your VA benefit resources. Secure the monthly disability compensation you deserve by downloading My VA Disability app today!

Arm yourself with knowledge. Learn about EpiPen® and discover tips you can start using today.
Preparation is key. This app will show you how to use your EpiPen® Auto-Injector.
Where are your EpiPen® Auto-Injectors? When do they expire? And who in your family is allergic to what? The My EpiPlan® app can help you keep track of the answers to these important questions. Refill reminders are even sent straight to your phone!
When it comes to a life-threatening (severe) allergic reaction, it’s important to avoid known allergens. Have a plan for the times you can’t with the My EpiPlan® app – designed specifically for everyone who carries EpiPen® Auto-Injectors.
EpiPen® (epinephrine injection) and EpiPen Jr® (epinephrine injection) Auto-Injectors are for the emergency treatment of life-threatening allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) caused by allergens, exercise, or unknown triggers; and for people who are at increased risk for these reactions. EpiPen® and EpiPen Jr® are intended for immediate administration as emergency supportive therapy only. Seek immediate emergency medical help right away.
Important Safety Information
EpiPen® 0.3 mg and EpiPen Jr® 0.15 mg Auto-Injectors contain a single dose of epinephrine, which you (or your caregiver or others who may be in a position to administer EpiPen® or EpiPen Jr®) inject into the middle of your outer thigh (upper leg) (through clothing, if necessary). Get emergency medical help right away. You may need further medical attention. Only a health care professional should give additional doses of epinephrine if you need more than two injections for a single anaphylactic episode. DO NOT INJECT INTO YOUR VEINS, BUTTOCKS, FINGERS, TOES, HANDS OR FEET. In case of accidental injection, please seek immediate medical treatment. Epinephrine should be used with caution if you have heart disease or are taking certain medicines that can cause heart-related (cardiac) symptoms.
Tell your doctor if you have certain medical conditions such as asthma, depression, thyroid disease, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, high blood pressure or heart disease, have any other medical conditions, are pregnant or plan to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed. Be sure to also tell your doctor all the medicines you take, especially medicines for asthma. If you have certain medical conditions, or take certain medicines, your condition may get worse or you may have longer lasting side effects when you use EpiPen® or EpiPen Jr®.
The most common side effects may include increase in heart rate, stronger or irregular heartbeat, sweating, nausea or vomiting, difficulty breathing, paleness, dizziness, weakness, shakiness, headache, apprehension, nervousness or anxiety. These side effects may go away if you rest. Tell your health care professional if you have any side effect that bothers you or that does not go away.

In an emergency situation, medical personnel or attending bystanders can scan the ICEBlueButton QR code with any widely available QR code scanner and quickly learn of any medical conditions, allergies, other pertinent medical information, and the names and phone numbers of their listed emergency contacts. In addition to providing this critical information, when the QR code is scanned, ICEBlueButton automatically generates email Auto-Alerts to the emergency contacts listed for that individual, with the name of the person involved in the emergency and a map with the location of the emergency.
Create any number of ICE records, i.e., one for yourself and ICE records for each member of your family.
with unique features: an emergency record attached to a personal QR code
that lets emergency responders quickly access your critical health
information; and a one-touch SOS and OK buttons that alert your emergency
contacts that you are either in need of help, or are ok.
The app lets you quickly create for you and your loved ones emergency
records with easy entry of emergency medical information such as allergies,
medications or medical conditions and your emergency contact information.
Once an emergency record is created, the app generates a QR code unique to
the individual. The QR code can be saved on the phone lock screen for
immediate access by emergency responders. (The QR code can also be printed
on stickers which can then, for example, be applied on a child's bike
helmet or skateboard or, in another example, a magnet on the fridge of an
elderly person's home).
In an emergency situation, medical personnel or attending bystanders can
scan your QR code with any widely available QR code scanner and quickly
learn of pertinent medical information, and how to reach your emergency
contacts. In addition, when the QR code is scanned, SOS QR automatically
generates Email Auto-Alerts to your listed contacts, with a map with the
location of the emergency (E-Mail Auto-Alerts are available with the SOS
Premium in-app purchase).
The SOS button (also available with SOS Premium) lets you quickly reach out
to your emergency contacts. When the button is tapped, the app
automatically dials your designated primary emergency contact, and sends
editable text messages to all of your emergency contacts with the GPS
location of the emergency. The OK button lets your emergency contacts know
you are ok, if your situation changes and you no longer need help. The OK
button can also be used to alert your contacts that you are ok in a
disaster scenario without sending an SOS message ahead of time.
