Absolutely horrendous service via Sodexo! The food gets over very early with a majority of people not getting it. Post this, they deliberately delay serving food increasing the wait time. At this point, there should be an option of refund but obviously, that's not going to be there. Would rate it a bunch of negative stars if the option was there.

The food quality is worst, Idk what type of vendors you select. The price is high and according to that the quality of food is too low. There is no option to give them feedback as well. Do something otherwise I have to complain against the consumer forum.

the app is ok, but the services in the canteen are not good. cuisines are not available for purchase just 3 minutes into the meal hour. to save costs, the thali is the only option available.
