Being that this is my 1st time using this app, I was very impressed on the ease of usage. Even adding/using the coupon was pretty much self X-planatory. My only issue, & this is important, is that everything in the menu is NOT in this app. People use the app 4 convenience & if everything is not featured in the app, that defeats the purpose of the app.

You can't checkout for pick up. This has been an issue for months. Please get this together guys. You're losing business. Update 2/3 The checkout is so glitchy. I tried to add a bigger tip and it wouldnt allow. It wouldn't allow me to customize my tip. I had to keep going in and out of the app just for it to get my credit card info. They really need to fix this app. Now your cheating your drivers out of more tips. That's so strange to not want to fix this.

It's fairly easy to navigate the app. However, there are a few pet peeves. Certain toppings not allowed for certain items and the app. Ot returning to the last page if you exit and return to the app.
