The application is useless. The deals and coupons aren't linked correctly in the app, either not appearing or saying they haven't been configured. It's a shame, because this place has really good food, but a really horrible app. Especially for a place trying to serve a large downtown metropolitan area. This will drive me to order cheaper pizzas, from places like Dominoes or Papa John's, that at least have easy to use apps, with properly linked deals . Ordering a pizza shouldn't be a hassle.

App is good for ordering. Probably fine for delivery. Point of sale for carry out from app - well, I don't mind tipping underpaid bored employees answering their cell phones, but users beware- if you tip on app, don't tip again unless you feel like being really generous. No breakdown on the printout they give you, so if you tip when ordering on the app, sign and go. Good way to get extra tips for folks I guess. Probably won't order online anymore if at all.

It's astonishing that the app has an average 4 stars. The app is ugly, slow, and clunky. It also couldn't figure out my location. I think my order went through? What a hassle. As others have mentioned, I only downloaded the app at all because the website is useless on mobile. Taglio, you need a better provider!
