Worst delivery app ever. The driver information are verified , many times I tried to call the driver just found it’s different person. Their map are not accurate and coursed may confusion to the driver who keeps ask me to come outside to collect the order and they are 4 block away from my location . There no support whatsoever. If you have problems with your order then good luck to you. you will need to hand it by yourself. I got food poisoning from one of the orders there was nothing I can do.

​"Subject: Urgent: Missing Item in Order - Refund Required from lulu hypermarket ​My Order ID is [66262440]. I placed an order for 3 frozen chickens, but I only received 2. I was charged for all 3 chickens. I raised a report in the app, but it was closed without any resolution. I have used Tamara for payment and I am being charged for an item I never received. Please refund the amount for the missing chicken immediately and resolve this issue, so many thef in this it's not just for my problem

يا خسارة الاشتراك فيه ، التطبيق لا يعتمد عليه، عملية الدفع ما تتم. تظهر رسالة "لا يمكن تحميل صفحة الويب" ولا يمديك تسوي شئ بعدها مهما حاولت تطلب ! راح احول إلى تطبيق ثاني. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 The app is unreliable, the payment can't go through no matter how many times you try. It shows "can't load the page" and is just stuck!!! I'm switching to another app. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
