Worst delivery app ever. The driver information are verified , many times I tried to call the driver just found it’s different person. Their map are not accurate and coursed may confusion to the driver who keeps ask me to come outside to collect the order and they are 4 block away from my location . There no support whatsoever. If you have problems with your order then good luck to you. you will need to hand it by yourself. I got food poisoning from one of the orders there was nothing I can do.

I had scheduled an order because I would be away The driver messaged around 20 minutes before schedule saying he's arrived. My order was cancelled and even when I requested a refund, non was given! What is the point of me scheduling an order if it comes before time and then after the fault from hungerstation, I'm not refunded?! Absolutely pathetic customer service. Don't expect this app to last much longer if you can't deliver according to schedule and then on top of that you don't refund!!!

With hate from Riyadh. really disappointed with the recent order experiences. Every time I order the food from the menu, I receive call from the CS saying that the selected order is not available. It happened twice in my recent orders and CS team tell me that they have the ERP issue where the availability of the item is not reflected on the menu. This is not an acceptable excuse from a company like Hunger, and this is being repeated. Anyhow, I prefer to delete my account. Keeta is great!
