when it comes to ordering items from stores, not restaurants, they will not allow you to cancel orders even if many of the items are missing... even if they don't have suitable replacements for those items. they allow it for food orders but not other items. this created much inconvenience for me... for an app that is supposed to sell convenience.

I believe this incident is nearly deceptive to customers. When finalizing a purchase, a screen appears prompting a yearly subscription. It seems designed to confuse users: I intended to pay for my order but ended up subscribing by mistake. When I contacted customer care, I was informed that the amount could not be refunded since more than an hour had passed. The way this prompt is presented appears to me deliberately misleading to customers. Addition: Unjustified increase compared to restaurant

Thievious scums. I have a HS+ subscription, I was ordering from Market, and on the checkout page, it said that I have exceeded the amount needed for free delivery, and when I placed my order, it suddenly flips 180 degrees and now starts asking for a 16 SAR fee with no option to cancel, and when I contacted the customer support and described my issue, they abruptly closed it! This is not the first time these thieves ask for delivery fees despite HS+ Truly, "you will own nothing and be happy."
