I'm LOVING Hungry Root overall, so much! I'm on my second week and it's the first service of this type I've used that is helping me reach all my goals! So, bravo with that! My only issue with the app and site are in the feedback on meals / ingredients and only being able to give a thumbs up or thumbs down without much context. Receiving a very under-ripe avocado... It was barely edible. I could only give 'thumbs down'. I want Avocados. But ones that are ripe enough to eat!

Mostly Love this app! Most meals have been great with enough for 2. Some have been short on protein and the cooking directions don't match the packages. Definitely follow package directions!! Some meals seem "just put together" and not the best combo or are just to clear stock. But I have found some great, easy to fix meals with great flavor! Package tracking no longer works, always an error. Could the tracking # be added to shipping email confirmation?

it can be very useful, and very nice when everything arrives intact, at the right temperature and on time, but beware the customer service is almost non existent. they tell you via chat and email that they will respond to your problems in a certain amount of time, but they don't respond until days later...they eventually do respond....in my experience, but there is no live customer support. no phone number. Just chat bots, and email, so it can be very frustrating and can feel a little shady.
