Not sure who this app is for, really. There doesn't appear to be a way to login in the app anymore. I really didn't waste much time trying. I recommend just calling them. They're open till 6 every day of the week and will make appointments for you way faster than this app or the website offers and will even write messages, word for word, to your provider. They're actually extremely helpful and always pleasant.

They are scamming rip offs. Trying to charge me personally 9oo something dollars for "missed" appointments when 1. They failed to bill my insurance for appointments I DID attend. 2. Most of the appointments I appeared on being told that "their" web socket server was down. 3. A couple was a no show therapist or doctor. 4. A couple were also on a regular phone line because video was not properly working so we could each other and not through their log system. I missed 2 and actually owe 100.

I FINALLY FOUND THE PERFECT THERAPIST FOR ME !!!! GOD ANSWERED MY PRAYERS MS KAREN IS THE MOST REAL CARING PERSON IVE EVER CAME IN CONTACT IN MY 50 YEARS! IM SO THANKFUL FOR HARMONY YOUR AMAZING PLACE! Some one who listens and cares and not just waste my time and there’s ! I will tell everyone I come in contact with about Harmony and my amazing therapist 19 sessions in and I Finally can think AB’s not cry I can be at peace in my own mind! Absolutely incredible dedication and love
