Turn every screen turn on into a Korean lesson. "Lockademy" shows you one Korean word every time you turn on your phone—read it, memorize it, swipe it. No need to open the app or set aside time: the seconds you already spend unlocking your phone turn into dozens of micro-lessons a day.

This app's sole purpose is to learn Korean from your lock screen. Everything else—word reviews, statistics, quizzes, and settings—exists solely to customize and track your learning process from that lock screen.

HOW IT WORKS
• Turn on your screen—a Korean word card appears
• Tap to see the meaning, example sentence, synonyms, and antonyms
• Mark "I know this" or "Show me again"—smart repetition does the rest
• Want to learn more? Tap "Ask AI" to learn a word in Google AI Mode—subtleties of meaning, cultural context, and related expressions (regular Google search where AI Mode isn't available).
• Unlock as usual. The card never locks your PIN, pattern, or fingerprint.

CAN'T READ HANGUL? START FROM SCRATCH
Still can't read Korean? The built-in 한글 course teaches the alphabet itself: each vowel and consonant with mnemonics, step-by-step syllable construction (ㅎ + ㅏ + ㄴ = 한), final consonants (batchim), and real pronunciation rules—합니다 is pronounced "hamnida," and the cards explain why. Select "I can't read Hangul yet" when you first launch the app, and you'll start there.

SMART REPETITION THAT NEVER FORGET
The Leitner spaced repetition system brings back each word just before you forget it: 1 hour → 1 day → 3 days → 7 days → 30 days. Words you know are pushed back; words you got wrong are brought back sooner. Your series and progress statistics keep you motivated.

QUIZ MODE
Flip the card to Quiz Mode and choose the correct answer from four options. Instant feedback, hints, and quiz accuracy statistics encourage you to improve. In the 한글 course, the quiz instead trains letters: assemble syllables from parts and match each letter with its sound.

20,000 TOPIK WORDS
Vocabulary selected from the National Institute of Korean Language (NIKL) learner vocabulary lists and TOPIK open-source materials, covering all levels from beginner to advanced (TOPIK 1–6). Each word is provided with romanization, part of speech, natural sentence examples, and synonyms/antonyms. Browse the full word list, search for words, and add words to your favorites to return to them.

• Daily new word limit keeps repetition manageable—and reaching the limit never ends your session

Everything works 100% offline. No accounts, no registration, and your learning data never leaves your phone.

Note: The app only requests "Show over other apps" permission to display the study card when the screen turns on. It never overlaps other apps and never compromises the security of your device.
