Update much more concise. More information at hand, like the new layout and what can be accessed right away rather than leaving app to Web access. While I'm here my daughter has same phone, same deal etc but hasn't been able to update the app as I have, is there any reason why not?
No usage on app We're here in the USA. The app hasn't given either of us a clue of our payg usage. I'm using Samsung S4 and my daughter an iPhone 7. Useless deleting and reinstalling.
Hopeless. Gives you the balance once then refuses to give you anything other than the overall credit or tells you there's a weak signal ( on full strength 4g signal!). Uninstall, reinstall, works once, repeat incessantly.
Id give 0/5 * if i could.... always says oooops we have an error.... you never work ! Waste of data/space
Great layout and info but it can take some time to update sometimes. mine had last month's date on for several minutes. Closed and reopened and it was then correct.
Awful. Inaccurate. Told me I had 500 mb left when I in fact had nothing left and made me go £10 over my allowance. Should have gone with ee.
You know that annoying thing where Three app showed a few of you 0MB data and didn't check your internet Add-ons? Fixed it. Also, sorry.
