About this app

App for service activities management.
The guideline I follow to develop this app:
• Speed of use (no frills and useless fields)
• Easy and intuitive user interface
Some features:


RETURN VISITS
• Visits are listed with name/location/last visit date/color
• You can categorize visits and sort them by last visit date
• Show your visits on the map
• Highlight the visits you want to do today (or in another date) in the list and on the map
• Link a visit to an address book contact to quickly contact him by phone/mail/sms/im/...
• Share visits via text or importable format


TERRITORIES
• Group your absents by "houses group" (road/block/hamlet/...)
• Quickly add and sort a house in a houses group
• Apartment block management with doorbells coordinates. set the number of rows and columns. keep pressed on a cell to change its state (absent/found). double tap on a cell to insert a note
• You can save, for each territory, its picture (taken from the camera or from the gallery)
• Define the borders of territories drawing them in the map
• Turn on led torch from territory window
• Share territories via importable format or KML
• Import the territories created with Google Earth or Google Maps. All poligons and placemarks contained in the KML / KMZ will be imported in Service Management
• Export the territories in KML format
• You can import a territory by downloading a KML/KMZ file. Scan the QR code corresponding to the file address

REPORTS
• List of reports with month summary
• Service sessions management: you can quickly open and modify the current day report to add visits/magazines/tracts/...
• View your months summaries in a graph to check your service trend (hours / visits / tracts / magazines / brochures / books / bible studies)
• Selecting some month from the list you can see averages and totals of the selected months
• Keep track of the hours you spend on theocratic projects (LDC). Note: you have to enable this feature from the settings
• Set goals (of hours, return visits, placements, ...) and check if you're reaching them with a pie chart

PRESENTATIONS
• list of presentations
• categorize and search presentations by tag
• download sample presentations of the meeting workbooks
• share presentations in text or importable format
• send one or more presentations to the system notification bar to quickly see them from anywhere

Still the best one I've found and the latest update looks really nice! Thanks to our Bro Developer for your ongoing support efforts. I do still wish to have a small notes entry field for each service session day. It would be nice to record details for each day such as type of service or with whom I worked. Thanks!!
