Sign Up sucks..Its 2026, The setting password option was not working with everything I had tried to set. Then The customer care says after clicking the verification mail print out the page and submit manually in your branch, Then you will get approval for setting password... Man, then why is this online signup process exist at the first place.

Your service is very good. But Limit is very low.Having trouble doing the transaction. Please reduce my limit. Then it's good for me।Other bank transfer 20000 it becomes less. The previous one was good if possible please reduce my transfer limit.Assalamu Alaiku. stay well

the app is not full featured at all, no option to see the cards and no option to control card actions, still reliant on calling centre, compared to the competition it falls short in terms of features
