This app overall is fantastic. The one huge issue is that I don't have the major grocery stores in my area (like Kroger), and one of our main stores, while it's on the app, The receipts never read right for all the offers. I end up having to go back and forth with customer service through email, taking photos of products and additional scans of my receipts, to get credit.

Using it for groceries is great. It is quite problematic when using it to buy gift cards. 2 different phones (both android but different models) and EVERY TIME I purchase a gift card I get connection errors making it difficult to use them (I have to reload it multiple times). I have contacted support twice now and they still haven't fixed the issue. It's incredibly annoying.

The app used to be really good. Anymore it is hit or miss, mostly miss, on scanning receipts and getting an error message. "Something went wrong". I've missed getting cash back several times. Got tired of contacting support. Yet it is quick to tell you you've already submitted a receipt. I was in the store today looking at some products. Scanned exactly what the offer was to make sure it was correct, yet it said it wasn't a match. I ended up not buying the products.
