Too much trouble.... I can't access my account and I can't change my password ..... Why I have to insert my card number and my pin and call the bank to ask about some mysterious code to reset my password 🤔.... Simply you can add a verification code by my registered mobile number service and that's it .... Must listen to your customers for sure 😑

It's not working for me... always saying " You don't have the permission to use this function" ....I sent three messages to the costumer service support no response....I called them from abroad for more than 20 minutes after that, fhe automatic machine operator said an error occured; try one more time.....

My all bills disappeared, i thought it should be synced from old to new app. For me the UI is hard to understand Switch to Arabic does not translate everything most words still in English Ejara on old app was fully detailed 👌 but on this app it's really bad 👎 no details at all. Im a bit confused I hope you take the above note on consideration and dealing with them seriously otherwise the old app much better.
