The app is great! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that when I set up the date for my bill to be paid (before or on the due date), sometimes something goes wrong and I get overdue notifications. Then, I go into the app, and my payment shows as pending, even though I set it for an earlier date. Update: As soon as the customer experience consultants saw my review and were aware of my issue, they immediately started looking into it and took steps to correct it. Well done!

I dropped my rating because for some reason since the first of the year I can't sign in. I can't use biometrics sign in, either. I was forced to uninstall app. I don't know why you people have a problem with cookies. Mine are working. I've used the same login since 11/2017 & now it's says invalid data. If this keeps up, I won't be able to pay power bill. FIX IT!!!
