In today's connected world, Mobile ID offers a private, secure, contactless way to verify identity, either at home or on-the-go. Everything is on your phone – now your ID is, too!

Intuitive, easy-to-use and highly convenient, Arkansas Mobile ID can be used anywhere it’s accepted, in any context a physical ID would be used – with enhanced privacy features. Only your Face ID, TouchID or six-digit pin will unlock the app and access your Mobile ID.

In five simple steps, you can create your Arkansas Mobile ID:

1. Download the app and set permissions
2. Verify access to your phone number
3. Use your device camera to scan the front and back of your driver license or ID card
4. Follow the steps to capture a selfie
5. Set up app security and you’re good to go!

Please note: Arkansas Mobile ID is an official state-issued ID, serving as a companion to your physical ID. As not all entities are able to verify a Mobile ID, you should continue to carry your physical ID.

Cannot get past the front photo. When you try to take a picture of the back it is "blurry" "too close" "too far" "not straight".... It should be able to scan the barcode on the back like literally hundreds of other apps and pull up a duplicate of the ID. Waste of time and tax money. I waited a month and tried again. 24 cycles of failed attempts and got it to accept the front and back four times. It still said "Sorry, your mobile ID has not been activated".

USELESS APP. this app is riddled with bugs. it has communication issues. I've tried to use it two dozen times and can rarely get it to progress beyond taking the photos of my ID. when it does progress, I get to the selfie and it won't progress any further. IT is zero help. they just tell you they can't help you other than providing you with some tips for scanning your photo which they acknowledge isn't the issue.

Fails to leverage camera in a way where it can use any kind of focus or switch lenses to snap a close up blur free photograph of your ID. Simply put it does not work. One would have thought it would be tested throroughly on phones before release. App is unusable until the ability to leverage phone cameras properly is fixed. Oh and the app is excruciatingly slow to load. Try releasing a better product.
