Edit1: The app is no more convenient to use, the interface is dead slow, doesn't react. No tab will work unless the graphics are loaded, the documents tab under loans doesn't even open and the app completey stops reacting. The technical team behind the app needs to rethink. I have tested the app for 3 different users as all my family have account in IDFC. Original Review: One Liner: For 99.99% of my stuff I don't need to visit the branch, all I have to do is to login into the app. Thank you.

I have only credit card with idfc. Very nice app. There are two issues though: 1. One issue is there is no support for nfc in mobile for any of their credit cards. 2. When you make multiple international transactions, it does not add the mark up right away, instead it adds it after 2-3 days, and it's very difficult to know for which transactions is a particular forex markup added (in case of multiple transactions)

My experience with this bank was utterly disappointing. It's the worst I've encountered. I have a SWYP credit card, and despite being charged Rs 500 for it, the service is abysmal. There's a limit on my card, yet it declines payments, and when I try to contact customer support, they're clueless and abruptly end the call. The app is also outdated and doesn't accurately reflect transactions. I'm eagerly waiting to close this account and get rid of it altogether.
