Ratings and reviews

I have tried mobile apps of almost all major Indian banks and this one is by far the most user friendly. I really appreciate that IDFC is working on their digital services and user experience. Keep doing this and I'm sure you will grow quickly than the competition. 4 stars only because the app feels laggy sometimes, please consider upgrading your servers, they seem slow. Otherwise app is very good in terms of UX and UI.

The app experience is overall great. The account opening process was smooth and the interface is clean and user-friendly. I liked the quick onboarding and the minimal documentation required. However, KYC image uploading can be improved as it took some time and retries. Also, the number of branches and ATMs is limited. Still, for digital users, this is a great option.

Horrible app. I have been holding points for 6months for shoping . I tried to convert points to coupns twice. both times the error message came. No coupons and points are also deducted. and they charged ₹99+gst for transaction. this happened twice. now I have no coupons and am down ₹200+gst. reduce will take 7 working days. Kudos what a service!!!
