Hello, I would like to escalate an issue with your credit card services. This has been a very poor experience with IDFC Bank, and I am considering closing all my services. Customer support is unresponsive, and it is difficult to connect with the credit card team. The verification department has been particularly unprofessional—they contacted me stating they have been visiting for the past month, yet no one can clearly confirm when they will actually visit. This level of service is unacceptable.

Paid my EMI in advance, but it never reflected in my loan account. The system marked it as a late payment, adding penalties and extra charges — despite me paying early! This is completely unacceptable. Fix your payment update system. Customers shouldn't be penalised for being responsible. Worst banking app experience!

I enabled autopay on credit card. created a savings account and added extra money. The autopay has failed and it says interest will be applied. This is pathetic...my 2 autopay cycles were successfull but this time it suddenly failed. I checked and paid in full. Now the autopay symbol is also gone. Why do you suddenly remove autopay this is so dangerous if interest is applied
