Please do not open an account with idfc bank. the service is so poor. also their mobile app always had problems wherein their technical team is also not equipped to resolve it on time. This bank is not recommended if you are looking for a bank with good customer service. thank you...

Sometimes the app goes complete blank white. Nothing is visible, does not show any error and doesn't work either. Complete white screen nothing else. Atleast give some pop up if the app is not working temporarily. Irritating if it doesn't work and when I have to pay urgently somewhere.

Extremely disappointed with IDFC First Bank. I tried converting my outstanding amount to EMI well before the due date, but the app kept crashing with “try again later.” After several attempts, the option expired, and now I’m forced to pay the full amount due to their faulty app. Customer support never replied, and phone support was useless. Their service is unreliable—ICICI and HDFC are far better. Worst banking experience ever.
