Ratings and reviews

Just trying to add (credit card) funds to the account through the app is a nightmare. The cards need your authorization as a form of payment. So, you're sent an email. When you click the link, it takes you to a window that says the card is authorized. Then, you return to the app only to get a message that the card is not authorized when you try to pay.

Cannot get it to work despite their saying payment was successful. It is monolingual and NOT user-friendly. The toll roads have neither ATMs' nor do the tolls accept credit or debit. So be sure to bring lots of cash when using Mexicos autopistas. Enough for the whole trip. You can charge your card at an Oxxo or similar before your trip but Oxxo only takes cash too, and they don't have ATM's either. It is an illogical and obtuse burocractic loop. I seem to be stuck in purgatory here....

The app gives problems: "Mi viaje" is not working, so I cannot see how much toll I will be charged on my upcoming trip... It was a hassle registering a credit card, instead of having to top up regularily. And in case your TagPase should not work at a toll station, you better have enough cash money with you or they will send you straight back! Customer service?? Forget about it. So enjoy your "trip" with TagPase. Vaya con dios.
