Most of the time, when I log in to register a complaint of power outage or low voltage, the complaint section does not appear, which is very odd. The application only displays "NEPRA Complaints." To access the relevant complaint column, I have to log out and log back in repeatedly—sometimes as many as 20 times—before the correct section finally appears.

Feedback. overall good. but needs improvement. i applied for new connection and documents verification rejected. I don't know which document! applied again. 2. There is no linkage with mobile no and email. u don't get any update on mobile or email. 3. Already paid bills still showing unpaid even 3 days have passed. 4. There is no contact number or email in the app.

The application simplifies complaint lodging and viewing outages and bills for IESCO, reducing frustration. Issues include no toggle for email bills, glitches like resolved complaints appearing pending, inability to lodge the same complaint again, a 5 to 6-minute wait when calling 118, and no option to delete pending complaints.
