Feedback. overall good. but needs improvement. i applied for new connection and documents verification rejected. I don't know which document! applied again. 2. There is no linkage with mobile no and email. u don't get any update on mobile or email. 3. Already paid bills still showing unpaid even 3 days have passed. 4. There is no contact number or email in the app.

No daily consumption data, despite the app telling me there is. And the yearly data shown starts from 2024 August to 2025 September as of May 2026. That's seven-month old data, not of the current year.

bad experience, as im trying to login but uable to connect. since june 2025 app doesnt updating credentials.
