This App doesn't even work you can't register a complaint, crashes so often and it's just straight up useless. Not recommended. Edit : Adding in further most of the features in the app don't even work you can't get online bills, you can't pay bills and when you even submit complaints they just get auto close with no explanation or reason, what's the point of having a complaints option if no one is going to act on it Probably the worst app I have ever seen.

This is the most 3rd class app I have ever used, whenever I want to check my e-bill or my yearly(which shows every month electricity usage) electricity statistics, it will not show, for the case of the e-bill, it says that it is unavailable and will be available in the future and for the case of the yearly electricity statistics, it, for some reason would be stuck on March 2026, I heavily don't recommend this app until they fix the app it was and always and will be bekaar, FIX YOUR DAMN APP.

Most of the time, when I log in to register a complaint of power outage or low voltage, the complaint section does not appear, which is very odd. The application only displays "NEPRA Complaints." To access the relevant complaint column, I have to log out and log back in repeatedly—sometimes as many as 20 times—before the correct section finally appears.
