To add a meter, I need to provide a consumer ID. my consumer ID is of 8 digits. but the app insists that consumer ID can only be of 7 digits. I don't know what geniuses are running LESCO who could not even communicate this simple requirements to the development team. BTW.. I highly appreciate the development team for making the application's interface user friendly and simple.

The app's UI is good, but when it gives the option "Would you like to receive an early update of your bill every month?" and I select "Yes," it takes a long time to load. In the end, it shows a "PDF not sent" error. The app is great but not fully functional. There should be another option added—to allow LESCO and the Punjab Government to offer an E-bill service and charge Rs. 50 for paper bills instead. E-bills should be free. This would be an environmentally friendly move..

The app has a lot of bugs and is launched without testing and proper QC. App crashes when you click to opt in for email billing. It crashed when I clicked on the tracking id in the Track new connection button. The app says that you can track daily meter progress but in reality you get up to the 2 months old data. Even last month's billing is not available. Kya Kya Suno Ge, Main Kya Kya Sunaon?
