Very poor complaint handling. I reported a low voltage issue through the LESCO Smart App after our transformer was repaired, but no WAPDA staff visited my area. Despite this, I received a message saying that my complaint had been resolved, even though the problem still exists.The app should not mark complaints as resolved without verifying that the issue has actually been fixed. Please improve your complaint management system and ensure that field staff visit the site before closing co

completely useless.It logs me out every single day and has a very poor memory. It runs extremely slow and fails to deliver daily updates or information as promised. Totally disappointed.

Pathetic app, never working, just keep loading and loading and then no data found. And even their website is not working. Just useless app and website.
