This is a completely useless application. I used the self-reading service and even received a confirmation message, yet WAPDA claims they never received my reading. Consequently, I suffered a financial loss.

Application is not working at all. "Smart view" and Track application" is not working. I have reinstalled the application for several times but no use. Thyey have blocked it intentionally

Unable up send OTP error. Tried 2 different numbers. Same issue. After this review, the developer responded that the issue was resolved. A month later, the problem is still there. May be the Mepco doesn't want the consumers to know their meter readings because then they're empowered with info and the empirical billing will need to end.
