the app doesn't work at all. I can't even reset password. I get one time passcode to reset password but keyboard doesn't works to enter code. keyboard flicks too much

I'm uploading my documents again and again for a new connection and they are being rejected each time without any objections. There is no way to communicate with them. Not getting any reason or objections why the documents are being rejected. How pathetic this experience 😔

Very pathetic and useless app. Not showing duplicate bill nor any other correct information. Very disappointed ☹️
