I'm uploading my documents again and again for a new connection and they are being rejected each time without any objections. There is no way to communicate with them. Not getting any reason or objections why the documents are being rejected. How pathetic this experience 😔

Very bad service even you can't download your bill also if you already payed the bill in app not showing any update about payment and you cant add new meter
