App is unable to send otp in case of password forget. Make it Worthy enough to use. it doesn't send otp in given time but two hours later and it doesn't work due to expiry. earlier I submitted that app is not working properly, in 2026, after many months, still there are issues, even duplicate bill can not be downloaded. please pay attention to this. In this age, one app is not working.

The meter reading app has serious issues. If a reading is missed for one month, the app does not allow adding the next month’s reading and keeps showing an error that the previous month date has passed. Because of this problem, my actual consumption was only 74 units but my bill was generated with about 300 units and my status was changed to non-protected. Please fix this issue because it is causing overcharging and this reading is not reflected on bill as well even if we add the reading

i am living out of country and see this app aftre register i try to check the bill but its just loading the i try to add the meter that also can't be added it was the 1st experiance about this app and it was zero result which mean its just wast of our taxes these kind of apps its must be working from any where in the world not only for those are living in the country if you solve this issue, peoples can check the bill and they can pay easily.
