The meter reading app has serious issues. If a reading is missed for one month, the app does not allow adding the next month’s reading and keeps showing an error that the previous month date has passed. Because of this problem, my actual consumption was only 74 units but my bill was generated with about 300 units and my status was changed to non-protected. Please fix this issue because it is causing overcharging and this reading is not reflected on bill as well even if we add the reading

Useless app. For the past two months, I have been unable to upload the meter image. The app keeps showing “No data found for reference number,” even though the reference number is correct. The second meter reader is no taken the meter reading this. I raised a complaint about this issue in the app, but it shows the complaint as “Solved” even though the problem has not been resolved. I have raised the complaint 3–4 times, but it always shows the status as solved without any actual solution.

App is good but some options are not working especially bill payment option is not working and also receive bill through email option is not working. There is also issue with app meter reading date i.e. my reading was done by Wapda meter reader was 25 February while if you put reference number in app to read meter it shows date of of meter reading 28 February.Kindly enable these two options I also mentioned above.
