Load profile option doesn't work for my smart meter. In the start that was working for few days but now when ever i want to open it, it says "wait for a moment" and then no response for this option, and daily consumption option has also the same issue, it was also working for starting few days but now it doesn't show any thing. This problem is for last almost 1 month What's the issue is??

worthless app. i submitted pictures at least 5 times and every time i got an error after a few minutes of submission that the pictures aren't clear. and I am using a OnePlus 10 Pro. so there is no way that the pictures aren't high quality, it keeps rejecting it so their own team can later increase units as many as they want.

Meter reading images rejected despite clarity. Bill payment takes 3–6 days to update in the app, causing confusion. Complaint submitted but issue remains. Kindly improve image verification and bill update system. Every time we try to get our own reading, it gets rejected. We upload a perfectly clear image and after some time, a notification comes that your reading is not clear but it is uploaded in a completely related way.
