Useless app. For the past two months, I have been unable to upload the meter image. The app keeps showing “No data found for reference number,” even though the reference number is correct. The second meter reader is no taken the meter reading this. I raised a complaint about this issue in the app, but it shows the complaint as “Solved” even though the problem has not been resolved. I have raised the complaint 3–4 times, but it always shows the status as solved without any actual solution.

I have submitted my meter reading images several times, and all images are clear and readable, but still, it shows your images are not correct. I don't know what's wrong with this app. it should be fixed as soon as possible because we have only one day to submit the reading images.

For the last one year it has been under development and doesn't show monthly ,weekly , daily or live consumption, only shows online bill. However if fully developed it can be an extremely useful app helping customers manage their daily consumption and help them to reduce their bills.
