I wanted to submit my self meter reading through this app, but it keeps showing "No data found for this reference number!" even though my 14-digit reference number is correct and active. I already complained through the app, updated my bio-data as instructed, waited, and tried again, but the same error still appears. Due to this issue, I am unable to submit my self meter reading. Please fix this problem urgently.

The app is still not able to process very clear images. I tried multiple times in different months of the year. The pictures were much clear and readable. But app show a notification that you uploaded pictures can not be processed. Image processing in these days is not a big challenge where people receive e-challans from safe city authorities. PITC can also improve the performance of this app to make it useful for the consumers.

App is unable to send otp in case of password forget. Make it Worthy enough to use. it doesn't send otp in given time but two hours later and it doesn't work due to expiry. earlier I submitted that app is not working properly, in 2026, after many months, still there are issues, even duplicate bill can not be downloaded. please pay attention to this. In this age, one app is not working.
