The Power SMART Mobile app is a mobile application designed to facilitate the electricity consumers where consumer can add its consumerId. and can see its electricity consumption and user can also use customer services such as New Connection, Due Date Extension,Bill Installements e.t.c.

The app is still not able to process very clear images. I tried multiple times in different months of the year. The pictures were much clear and readable. But app show a notification that you uploaded pictures can not be processed. Image processing in these days is not a big challenge where people receive e-challans from safe city authorities. PITC can also improve the performance of this app to make it useful for the consumers.

App is unable to send otp in case of password forget. Make it Worthy enough to use. it doesn't send otp in given time but two hours later and it doesn't work due to expiry. earlier I submitted that app is not working properly, in 2026, after many months, still there are issues, even duplicate bill can not be downloaded. please pay attention to this. In this age, one app is not working.

Self reading option not working. Whenever I enter my meter reference number in that option it show "reference number do not exists". Meter Reader always came after 10 or 12 but on my bill it always shows reading date as 8th of the month. I face the 200 units issue due to it.
