The app functions as intended. But this authentication nonsense is a far cry from the ease of access from years ago, when you could just log in to your account on any Web browser and take things from there. Now you're made to authenticate every time you click something. Checking your holdings? Authenticate. Updating your details? Authenticate. Updating your risk assessment? Authenticate. I just want to check on and adjust my investments, iFast. COME ON. I didn't sign up for this inconvenience.

Unable to log in for fsmone account holders from Malaysia. Tried multiple times logging in into the app, but an error message popped out saying incorrect username and password, despite using the same credentials when logging in to the website. Please fix this urgently as SMS OTP will be phased out by 5 February 2026.

the apps is marginally acceptable . when I use to contact agent , I have difficulty to type as the row for typing is hide below my navigation bar. please improve this!
