Really enjoying the iFast GB app so far, the experience has been smooth and reliable. It would be better if iFast provided Physical or Virtual Debit Cards for customers outside the UK in the future. I also tried using the DuitNow QR code payment feature in Malaysia, but the payments didn’t go through. Currently, QRIS scanning is also not yet available in Indonesia. Hopefully, these features can be introduced in the future, as they would be very useful for international users. Thanks..iFast!!

I am chatting with agent but kicked me out and asked me to update app?! My account has been freezed without reason and just released in chatting, but I could not receive my salary! Nightmare banking service! The user interface of transferring is very bad and complex. No PIN login to hide my bank password. The only advantage is high interest.

So far so good, I've been using it for a few months, The service is good and the support team is helpful.
