My account has been stuck "under review" for over two months. I tried transferring funds to my secondary bank, which triggered a flag. Despite promptly submitting all requested verification documents, my account remains locked. Support offers no real help, just repeats that it is "under review," and never follows up. They are holding my money with zero communication. Strongly avoid this bank.

I’ve had a genuinely great experience with iFAST GB. SEPA and SEPA Instant were exactly what I felt was missing, so seeing iFAST introduce both recently was fantastic. It made the account so much more useful to me and showed that iFAST is thoughtful about what its users actually need. I’m especially grateful that iFAST welcomes customers from countries many financial providers simply exclude. Thank you for including us. I’d love to see Virtual Cards expanded beyond the UK next!
