My account has been stuck "under review" for over two months. I tried transferring funds to my secondary bank, which triggered a flag. Despite promptly submitting all requested verification documents, my account remains locked. Support offers no real help, just repeats that it is "under review," and never follows up. They are holding my money with zero communication. Strongly avoid this bank.

Really enjoying the iFast GB app so far, the experience has been smooth and reliable. It would be better if iFast provided Physical or Virtual Debit Cards for customers outside the UK in the future. I also tried using the DuitNow QR code payment feature in Malaysia, but the payments didn’t go through. Currently, QRIS scanning is also not yet available in Indonesia. Hopefully, these features can be introduced in the future, as they would be very useful for international users. Thanks..iFast!!

I was using app and our of sudden it told me update the app and when it landed in Google play it day this app is not compatible with your device and now I am unable to access it I have pixel 10 pro Android version 16
