Ratings and reviews

This app and the tablet that go along with it are garbage. People have been saying the same thing for over 4 years and the response to every one of those complaints is that you need to update our they will use the information to do better, except they haven't improved anything. Still a junk tablet and an app that constantly has difficulty connecting and always buffers.

We purchased the Fusion CST in mid-July and received it soon after. We were so excited to add it to our home gym until we tried to use the iFit app. It has never worked on the Portal 10i and we've never been able to sync our iPhones to the machine. Same issues that others stated. Workout vids stop playing and get stalled in buffer. We were hopeful about the recent app update released on 7/31/20 but that didn't fix the problems. So disappointed in this app and regret purchasing the Fusion CST.

Update 5/9/20 Some of the previous issues I had are no longer issues so I’m updating my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I’m also really liking the new content from Casey Gilbert. Hoping iFit continues to add content. Previous review: Overall, the app has worked very well and the way it connects to Fusion to increase and decrease resistance during a workout is amazing. I can’t give it 5 stars yet as I’ve had a few issues with buffering and with connecting the app to the machine when I start a new workout (restarting the app usually helps). I would love it they added some sort of leaderboard similar to the cycle app.
