About this app

IFPP (Integrated Functional Pain Program™) is an evidence-based educational app designed to support chronic pain self-management in partnership with your healthcare provider's clinic.

Through an interactive 8-week curriculum, IFPP helps patients build skills in pain education, movement pacing, sleep hygiene, nutrition, stress management, and cognitive approaches to managing chronic pain. The program includes professionally produced educational videos, guided breathing exercises, and daily self-monitoring tools.

Key features include daily wellness check-ins to track pain levels, sleep quality, mood, and activity, an 8-week structured educational curriculum with 40 interactive lessons, guided breathing exercises with calming ambient audio, progress tracking and visual summaries of your health trends, post-procedure follow-up tools to help you and your provider monitor recovery, and push notification reminders to support daily engagement.

IFPP is used under the guidance of your pain management provider. A clinic-issued account is required to access the app. This app does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or prescribe treatment. It is designed to complement, not replace, professional medical care.

Developed by healthcare professionals specializing in interventional pain management.
