I've used this institution for over 35 years and NEVER had an issue that wasn't handled in a professional and expeditious manner. We recently opened an account closer to our residence and after 6 months knew why we appreciated Saratoga's service for all the years we did. So much so, we canceled the new bank close to our new residence. Thank You Saratoga National

It blocks my deposit with this notice that comes up saying are the images clear, can you see the account and routing numbers? Then there is nothing to click on so I'm stuck until I get timed out of the app. I end up having to redo it. It's extremely frustrating and I wish you would fix it.

Takes too long to transfer funds from external source. Other banks at least show the order when placed so you know your order/transfer was placed. Hard to navigate as well.
