Was 5+ stars. My favorite app. Have annual subscription- then it became worthless- crashes after a few minutes every time I try to use it. android & iPhone. I've bought separate subscriptions through playstore and app store. I still try to use it every few weeks in hope it will work. It's been since Jan or Feb and I haven't found anything that comes close to what is avaliable here. it woukd be so great to access successfully again.

Can't download tracks as there is nothing in app permissions for saving files to my phone (the app expects this, needs this, but it is missing). The app also freezes after only a few minutes playing a track. The sound tracks just abruptly terminate. Haven't made it beyond 5 mins yet. Worthless subscription. I've cancelled.

6/7/26: new issue since 6/5/26. I'M PAID until 1/6/27. (For years!) Now I can't play my downloaded tracks until I pay for another subscription! I purchase a sub every January!!! I ALREADY PAID! HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE APP FOR DAYS! 2023 review they helped w/ If everytime the app updated & didn't delete ALL my dwnloads & lists, this would get 5⭐. It helps me greatly w/my various health issues 2 feel better. Seems like when I need it most, the app just makes ALL my personalized stuff disappear.
