The bracelet is good and works great of course but sometimes the app disconnects for my partner randomly even when she has it open. Other than that it's good. But we got an update today that requires either a subscription or a 70$ fee for location?!?! I already spent 180$ on two bracelets I'm not buying a 70$ addon for location when we have 360 that is completely ridiculous. Of course that doesn't necessarily affect me right now but it worries me you'll add future payment for normal use.

The app has been great in the past but now its frustrating to use. We mainly use it for chatting now but ever since there was the update introducing the add on its been harder to use than before. I can't see what I type when the keyboard comes up, sometimes private pictures don't load then won't ever show, and most annoying of all there will be a notification on the app itself as if there is a message waiting but when I click on it there is nothing and will stay there until I uninstall+reinstall

Recent update added a subscription service, which, by itself, is fine. The value you get for just the price of the bracelets is quite good, especially considering the use of their servers. I'm just bitter they changed the little heart –where the day countdown is– to a dumb calendar. Please change it back to a heart xoxo.
