The app has worked great till recently, the last week or so, ive been having connection issues. it displays that neither me nor my partner are connected, but he can still send vibrations. i dont even know if i can still send vibrations, but I try. i would love to give a higher rating, but considering ive reached out to support and haven't received any help doesn't do either of us any good.

The bracelet is good and works great of course but sometimes the app disconnects for my partner randomly even when she has it open. Other than that it's good. But we got an update today that requires either a subscription or a 70$ fee for location?!?! I already spent 180$ on two bracelets I'm not buying a 70$ addon for location when we have 360 that is completely ridiculous. Of course that doesn't necessarily affect me right now but it worries me you'll add future payment for normal use.

I love this bracelet a lot. With this me and my partner and I have been using it for awhile, my partner usually has insecure or loneliness sometimes from being long-distance partners, everything seems to be normal communication matter, but the touch languages aren't really recognizable, We want to be able to tell whos touch languages are whos and how many we have along with putting them into order for easy select. I feel it would organize greatly! otherwise, its very wonderful of a tool.
