I am limiting my rating to neutral since I have not used it much, I would like to see Gyms ratings before I book a session which is not available. I might be ok to visit a gym far if the rating is good instead of going to a gym next door who is not giving good service. Also, add more Gyms. if i have to go to six different Gyms (thanks to 5 days Cap of a gym in a month) in a month, i should have six different Gyms in a radius of 3-4 km otherwise the concept would not work.
Few Gyms with Fitpass might not give you access even if you have scheduled a workout over there.Gym club ,sohna road denied me entry on the pretext that they are not allowing entry through fitpass. As a suggestion keepa feedback column after every work out we schedule as a part of ur app.
22 Aug- Now I know how to use the services for a good experience (as I iniially expected). I am reserving my feedback to 4* for services. The app actually serves the purpose as a 5* will revise again after two months. I do a variety through the week, Sports, Yoga, gymming. If u r the variety kinds, this actually is a great service. U have to be a little smart at using it though. Advice on using it- Reserve only at standard (best) places. Though there are tons of options, visit the respective websites and check out if the place sounds great (only 20pc of the listing is great). Pick a run down place and that's the experience u will have. You can check out my earlier review. Now I have been to Gold's Gym twice, a great yoga session (which I plan to revisit this Sunday) and check out more yoga. Also if u r going to some yoga etc, connect once and let them know that u r using fitpass to visit them on a specific date. You shd have a good experience. 11/Aug- Response upon the following reply from Fitpass developer---I have already communicated my disenchantment with fitpass. They have tried to appease with other possibilities, all but refunding, since I refused to visit another facility (can't be humiliated the third time). I wrote to the CEO Akshay Verma post which I got a few calls, again, no refunds possible. Continuing on the note, the developer response in such situations on review sites communicates as if the app owner is TRYING to make GOOD whatever went wrong. In this case please be advised that the App Owner is Adamant. So for me any response here is only a gimmick. 10/Aug- these people need to have their operations in place which is all messed up currently. Their policy of no refund will certainly antagonize all, had they not been adamant they would still get some 'sympathy, we r learning from mistakes' points. 8/Aug-Refused at a gym after reserving via fitapp. The guy at the gym said 'these guys came for marketing, that's it. Bewakoof banate hain'. Please refund. I paid 1000 bucks on the 7th aug.
Not good for regular person.... useless app
