Great concept and very convenient! The best part about FITPASS is definitely the variety of workouts and gym locations available. It's super handy to find a workout spot wherever you are. The app Ul is clean and user-friendly. The only minor drawback is that some premium centers or specific time slots fill up quickly, and gym listings occasionally need updates.

I am not satisfied with the app. i work for accenture, they gave me 5k points which I can redeem for health benefits. so I chose fitpass to redeem and placed an order for some gym equipment. And it's been almost 2 months since I placed the order, it didn't dispatch and I can't able to reach them and they too are not responding at all. The chat support they provided is not useful, they will not come into contact immediately and even no response most of the times. very very disappointed. wasted

Fraud app I opted for subscription in which gym accessories like gym bag and all are there as part of the subscription. But they never delivered those products to my location. It's been more than month now of purchasing the subscription, still haven't received the products as part of my subscription. Users don't subscribe or install this app. They are fraudster.
