This is the official application of the Busti.me website. It tracks public transport using onboard GPS/GLONASS equipment.

Where is the GPS data coming from? We cooperate with various government and municipal agencies in multiple cities.

How to express your concerns.

1. Please make sure to mention:
- city
- route
2. If a certain route has changed but it’s not reflected in the app, please mention:
website where the information is up to date
link to the news media or other source that shows before/after

3. If your city is not covered
please do not give us a one-star rating
let us know your local public transportation agency name, and we’ll contact them regarding data

If something isn’t right, use the same procedure:
Mention which city, which route, and what the problem is.

Ratings and reviews

The app works fine in Saint-Petersburg in the middle of September 2025: both vehicles, and map are shown when using mobile data and Wi-Fi. In other regions the functionality may be limited (according to forums), especially with mobile data. Occasionally mobile Internet is restricted by the local/federal authorities, but the app has nothing to do about this.

the application doesn't show anymore how many vehicles are on the route, their location, and many minutes are left until they arrive plus the application now show add on the button so I can't see the whole page because the adds can't be closed

Doesn't Work anymore. Popup claims that the city bus provider hasn't provided updates. This would be ok for an isolated provider, but not every one I've chosen. This has been an issue for sometime, but no fix yet. There is obviously an issue with the Bustime app.
