There's a lot of visual disturbances in the items presentation that it makes difficult to judge about item quality. App doesn't support auto fill making payment with a card a miserable experience. A few times I was so troubled by typing in my card number that I decided against buying thongs. Thanks for that, your app probably saved a couple of thousands of my money. And no, I don't want to trust my card information to such poorly made app. Google Pay doesn't work either by some reason

For ordering, the app is just okay when it works, despite the bad UX/UI. However, there's a serious issue with returns and customer service. They're unreachable on the phone and chat sends you to an AI agent that insists that you wait 14 days before letting you get assistance, even when it's clear in the app that the return is not progressing due to some broken process. I will certainly not be using it again. 4 Jul 2025:25 days after return, still no refund. phone customer service can't help

you make an order and the items dont show up in you purchases list. They send a confirmation email after more than two days which doesn't make sense and you keep waiting until they send an email to confirm the order. After that they might cancel items without any notification. Too disappointing.
