What's new in this version:

The Insight+ algorithm has been fully upgraded to intelligently suppress false targets, highlight true thermal sources, and reduce background noise. Heat sources now appear larger and brighter for better visibility.

All Thermal Master models support up to 15x digital zoom, enabling fast and accurate target localization.

Regarding the system permission prompt when saving photos for the first time: this is a standard Android security alert shown for all infrared camera apps. We have confirmed this behavior with Google. Please rest assured this is normal and safe.

App needs update, has several bugs as it keeps crashing, won't let me login or record anything without it crashing. Using Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra. ive tried restarting, clearing cache and data, everything. no luck 😪. kinda disappointed as the T2 pro cost nearly $400 and it cant be used to its full functionality. Im actually really pretty pissed I spent that kind of money for something I cant fully use as advertised 😡. Will go to 5 stars once app is fixed.

I have the t2 Pro which worked on my s20 ultra I installed installed app on my s25 ultra. the app opens and then I plug the camera in but then the app just closes after a while. I don't understand why it's doing this. can anyone give any help? Hooray!!! Since the September 2025 update the camera now works with the app. I am so glad because I was so disappointed I spent all this money on the camera and it's not working with my new phone.
