Horrible for English users The introductory instructions are in English, but after you establish an account it is all in french. I cannot find any way to purchase a single ticket. Perhaps one has to identify a very specific itinerary. And I cannot find any way to enter my bankcard. This app appears to be extremely complex with lots of features that perhaps obscure the simple task of buying a single tram ticket. We uninstall and walk or try buying a single ticket at a station machine.

Freezes when you need it most. I have Pixel 7 & TMobile. The app works well with WiFi, but out in the street it freezes randomly and becomes impossible to use. It's the worst transportation app I've used (or tried to use)

It seems that TBM doesn't accept American credit cards and also this app doesn't let me finish registration. I created an account, but the password doesn't get recognized. I asked for a temporary password, which doesn't work. I don't know how many times I tried.
