Vyom app is supported by Android 4.4 & up version

• Select preferred language
• Select eligible SIM and accept T&C, an automated SMS will be sent from eligible SIM to activate your account
• Set login PIN by any of 3 option – Debit card, Internet Banking ID & Branch Token
• Voila! Login to enjoy the app
• You can also enable biometric for ease of convenience and select your preferred theme

Ratings and reviews

This application is completely useless—it doesn't work when I'm abroad. There are also numerous bugs and frequent crashes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, even on different devices, but there's still no improvement. Their internet banking interface is not user friendly at all—it's even worse than the app. The banking team needs to focus on improving these systems to ensure a seamless user experience.

two years later. and, it's the same. no update below problem. This feedback is from July 2023. The app does not work at ALL if there is an eSim card installed on a phone. It requires the use of physical Sim card. This is going backward. Most newer phones now have esim functionality, and people are transitioning to that.

This app, as I experience in USA is absolutely terrible. First tye app crashes all the time. You enter the pin and the app simply disappears. I could not get this working even once. The mPassbook seems to work intermittently. Once you launch tye mPassbook there is no way to get back to the main screen. You have to logout. Clearly this app does not work, at least in USA.
