I changed my phone, and the problem kick starts. Unable to register. Sent multiple messages from the registered number, but it always says validation failed with no reason. Many emails were sent to customer care, not even a single reply. I can't register , and I can't use the app. I'm stuck on a never-ending loop.

Worst banking app ever! App performance is not impressive. Most of the time when logging, it is looping on the login window, and logged out automatically... edit: After the new version 2.0, it's even worse than before. I can't log in to the app as it's always showing a technical error message after SIM binding. My MFs and other investments are in there. The reliability of banking with UBI is becoming a serious issue due to this app.

After updating from the play store, after accepting the terms and conditions. after that SIM binding is not working. For the past 2 days I have been trying. I got an error message every time the SIM Binding limit was exceeded, try after 24 hours. worst App. I have seen in my history. No knowledgeable person to develop this App? all other bank are having app name in the bank name. only union bank having different name. why this?
