At least now the app works now and I can book flights; before I had to use my laptop to book a flight. However when my Jetstar membership was due, I wasn't able to cancel it either on this app or on laptop and the Jetstar hotline wasn't helpful. As sometimes I like to cancel and re renew at a more convenient time, as it depends on how often I am traveling.

Your app isn't working. I just updated, go to log on and a message pops up about turning on sales notifications. Firstly it's misleading - the title talks about not missing important travel notifications but next to the actual tick box it talks about opting in for sales notifications. These are 2 different things. More importantly, I can't move on - either by ticking the frigging box or not; I just get a spinning time counter.

I have had this app on my android phone for a few years and have always been able to do everything through it such as: book flights, get boarding pass. But now I can't even log on. It continually tells me to log on, and still not loggin on. I have tried changing my password, deleting accountz even re installing but to no avail.... such a rubbish app!
