Ratings and reviews

Very tedious app. Reset password attempts were unsuccessful (emails were not being sent). When I eventually managed to get onto the swimming portal after 30 minutes of back and forward trying, reloading and trying again, more issues cropped up when it wouldn't let me book any kids swimming slots. This app is good for viewing what is available, but not much more. It's a very frustrating app.

Great app, being able to book classes and check availability, not sure how you get on the "waiting list" though.. 9/10. Jan 24,update it's got a lot slower and the constant adverts and splash screens when you open the app or swap gyms, does my head in. 6/10

The app itself is not too bad with everything easy enough to find, but I always have trouble paying using prepay. I was told my top up hadn't gone through so paid separately, only to find it had gone through. On another occasion my booking had been duplicated and I have been charged twice. Not sure who is responsible for this or who to contact!
