there is a key problem with your app, that when selecting your membership renewals, it is setup in such a way, .. that it is extremely difficult to tap the "select" button, as your bottom banner blocks it by overlaying it, with much coercion one can select the membership, BUT when one wants to add on the protein nutrition add on, the stupid bottom banner blocks it completely, and there is no way to continue the process

Absolutely terrible app. It took me several attemps to even find the login screen. It is not found where you would expect it to. Then I had several error messages trying to log in and the app now wants access to my location and camera. The best part though? The only reason to ever get the app, getting into the gym, doesnt even work. I cant scan the QR code at the entrance. It just does not work with my camera at all.

If you get a new phone, it doesn't let you open the gates. There's no phone helpline to call, so I went to the gym for nothing - now I have to send them an email and wait.
