Terrible app! Constantly having to log back in and reset password as it says there's a duplicate account, (there isnt) Couldn't gain access to the health centre with it so ended up getting a card from reception. Classes I've booked and attended show as unattended on the app. Get your development team to fix these issues as they're damaging your business.

This is my second attempt to use the app in a year. The first time was disappointing as I couldn't use it to get access to the centre. This year, I thought things had improved as I could access the centre, and shortly after my kid class, I could check its progress. That worked only a week. The payment section is out of date. I received an email regarding payment method changes, whichever was not synced to the message section. The app completely lacks functionality. It's still disappointing.

Here is an advice: if you can't develop properly working mobile app - PLEASE PLEASE DONT CREATE ONE! Just expose all the functionality through website. The app is slow, inconsistent, during booking asks to accept terms and conditions which are not accessible from site, back button resets form progress. This is just a nightmare when you need to book something... UPDATE: back button also logs you out, reset password functionality is broken as well. Well done guys! 👍
